Skyline Residential Complex by VD Group is located in the city center and offers modern architecture with thoughtful infrastructure, including a rooftop pool and lounge areas, a two-level underground parking, and EV charging stations. While the developer has strong experience in Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, and Bukovel, this was their first project in the Chernivtsi market.
Our goal was not only to present the new residential complex but also to build trust in the developer in a new city — to stand out from competitors, introduce the brand to the local audience, and increase its recognition alongside the project launch.
Naming
We explored the city context, the project’s architecture, and its overall ambition, and developed a naming concept along with a slogan that reinforced the complex’s positioning and architectural idea. That’s how the name Skyline was created.
Launch Communication
We analyzed the real estate market in Chernivtsi — studying competitors, their strengths and weaknesses, as well as the expectations of the target audience. Based on this, we defined the key communication channels and built a launch strategy covering everything from outdoor advertising and the website to social media and media outreach.
We structured the entire communication into a clear system of creatives and messages. The core idea was “new living horizons,” which allowed us to gradually reveal the key benefits of the complex.
Together with the video production team, we developed the concept and script and produced a brand video for the launch campaign.
Content Strategy
To systematize communication on social media, we analyzed competitors’ pages, defined the target audience profile and its needs. We developed the Tone of Voice, profile structure, highlights, and key content directions.
We also created sample posts with creatives and copy, as well as branded visual elements used in stories and publications that shape a recognizable communication style for the residential complex.
SMM Support
Next, we transformed the strategy into consistent day-to-day communication. We prepared dozens of content scenarios, organized and conducted photo and video shoots, and filled the pages сontent.
As a result of our joint efforts with VD Group, we achieved strong project awareness in the local market and built trust among potential buyers. During the construction of the first building, nearly 70% of the apartments were sold even before the start of the next building.
