Foodoteka is the first food market in Ivano-Frankivsk, located at Promprylad. In the future, they plan to launch a culinary school, a food laboratory, an R&D kitchen, and a food hub. It’s all about food here, but not just for eating. It’s a place for food enthusiasts to explore and discover: flavors, diverse cuisines, people’s experiences, and even themselves. Our challenge was to convey the project’s value while remaining accessible to a wide audience within the city.
15 Restaurant concepts unfrt one roof
The first stage of the communication strategy was the announcement of the opening of Foodoteka. We needed a clear and simple message that would resonate with the average resident. We emphasized the variety of flavors that the food market could offer: 15 restaurant concepts under one roof. In addition to billboards, we planned activities on social media, targeted advertising, and media coverage.
We break down restaurant concepts into ingredients
Foodoteka amazes visitors with a spectrum of sensations, offering Japanese onigiri, Chebureks with sparkling wine, or Middle Eastern snacks. Our goal was to preserve this innovation and draw attention to a format of establishment uncommon for Ivano-Frankivsk. We decided to showcase our exploratory spirit by literally breaking down the headline dishes into ingredients.
Borscht, Hummus, or Coffee
The visuals of the campaign were intended to be artistic canvases where the ingredients of dishes merged chaotically into cohesive narratives, whether it was borscht, coffee, or hummus. Our idea was brought to life by the Promprylad team: they organized the food photography and prepared the final layouts.
