Promprylad is an innovation center created on the basis of an old factory in Ivano-Frankivsk. It is 19 413 sq. m. of revitalized space, which also includes: offices for teams, co-working zone, conference halls for events and meeting rooms. 52 companies are already settled here. This is where we had an opportunity to build a communication campaign to attract new tenants.

Offices of different sizes and ambitions

Our goal was to emphasize that Promprylad offers opportunities for businesses of different kinds and scales: either small or big, for 4 employees or for 200. For creative, art, science, tech, consulting and even medical entrepreneurship. It can become a like-minded community for NGO, unite artists around a joint project or even to be the birthplace of a startup. Therefore for the communication launch we chose a clear and rational message “Offices of different sizes and ambitions”.

Oil for business

You probably already understood that the office at Promprylad is not just an office. It is also a community of like-minded people, who are just as eager for growth as you. It is an infrastructure that lets you experiment and learn from your colleagues. These are opportunities for start, development and growth. It is natural oil for business.

We decided to materialize olive oil for business. It can attract the attention of Promprylad visitors as a tall figure. Also, oil is a part of the press package for potential customers. We suggest giving it as a gift along with a ticket for a tour in the future office and a pen for signing the agreement, because such an offer is impossible to refuse.

Communication Strategy

In communication, we combined ratio and emotions. We built a comprehensive communication strategy that covered more than 10 communication channels. We worked out the script for a promotional video, banners for advertising, ideas for events and articles for local and Ukraine-wide mass media, proposed an algorithm to work with potential renters and tours in Promprilad.
