Apartments in BukovelWhen we got to know the hotel, we realized: Rest & Ski is a place for relaxation for everyone. Here, you can dream, breathe, rejoice, relax, and find inspiration for new achievements. This is precisely how the hotel’s guests spend their time, and we decided to make action the basis of our communication. To emphasize the verbs, we borrowed the letter ‘t’ from the word ‘time’, hinting that here there is time: to live (жиtи), to get inspired (надихаtись), to relax (релаксуваtи).
SMM Strategy
The communication strategies of hotels often revolve around showcasing photos of beautiful women and food. However, we believe that this alone isn’t sufficient to be truly memorable. Therefore, we decided to delve deeper, aiming to immerse the audience in emotions—to portray sensations of breathing, relaxation, strolls in the nearby forest, inhaling the misty mountain air, embracing their strength and grandeur, and learning the art of relaxation and forgetting about things.
This concept formed the foundation of our visual style for the Facebook and Instagram pages. We established a soft, informal, and friendly communication style that aligns with the brand’s identity. Additionally, we devised a rubricator that considers the rational communication objectives while allowing space for tranquility, aesthetics, and inspiration.
SMM Support
Over the span of 3 months, we conducted multiple shoots, published 60 posts, and shared over 250 stories. Additionally, we initiated more than 10 advertising campaigns.
We redesigned the page layouts and devised visual solutions for posts and stories to create a more branded and recognizable content appearance. For promotion, we utilized targeted advertising, collaborated with thought leaders, integrated User-Generated Content (UGC), and established collaborations with other brands.
Our accomplishments after 3 months of work include:
- A growth of 2990 Instagram subscribers and 260 on Facebook.
- Over 28,000 reactions and likes, along with nearly 1500 comments, reposts, and saves.
- Receipt of more than 1300 direct messages.
- An average monthly profile reach of 113,450 users.
- An average Engagement Rate (ER) of 86.59% and an Engagement Rate on Reach (ERR) of 72.76%
